  HORRIBLE My item was reported to be at the local facility 7 days before ETA On day of ETA, tracker noted a week delay On the 2nd ETA, RXO noted a further 3 day delay Next day/2 days before the ETA, RXO reported an attempted delivery at 7:27AM when our people were present. RXO Phone numbers lead to a 3rd world call center that only has the info available on the website

  I received frequent updates even prior to the delivery date. Was contacted by the driver before arrival. The team was courteous and respectful.

  Good communication through text and email to let me know delivery window the day before, and then a smaller window as the time got closer. Installation looks good.

  Marel and Armando were wonderful. They were courteous and very fast. They worked around some issues that I had and I appreciated their willingness to accommodate me. Would highly recommend them.

  Absolute nightmare! Neither the driver nor the helper spoke english. They got lost and I wasn’t able to communicate with them. When calling the customer service line, one worker said “since you don’t speak Spanish” no ma’am the correct wording is “since they don’t speak english”!!! This is the United States of America where we speak American English!!! They were lost for about 2 HOURS- after being late and I had been waiting since 10am and it was after 5pm before they left. Only for them to realize that only dryer was on their truck, the washer was not there! So now we will have to repeat this fiasco and I still don’t have a date and time when they are bringing it! Absolute worst service ever!!
