  Went in here with high hopes and expectations left feeling worried about my packages and felt like I was robbed! Way over priced, store and cashiers were unorganized and unprofessional and I don't recommend anyone else using this business stick to our local post office

  Trying to charge for unnecessary things. Very rude lady who even her fellow coworkers rolled their eyes at trying to charge $0.25 to stick a label on a box. Thank you to the nice young gentleman who saw the ridiculousness happening and stepped in with a kind solution. It clearly states on UPS website that they do not charge to attach an already printed label. Please watch out for this this lady and look to get help from others in the store.

  Excellent experience at UPS. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always had a smile on their faces.

  By far the rudest employee at any ups location I frequent. I hate coming to this location because of this short older lady with long black hair. She is very hostile and gets angry easily. Someone needs to take her aside to teach her how to be friendly and give good customer service by listening to customers instead of arguing with someone only because she explained things incorrectly and don’t understand what she is saying. She gets combative very quickly if you don’t understand what she is saying. I’ve seen her act this way to other customers as well as my self on multiple occasions. All other staff are great and extremely helpful but this woman is the worst.
