Personally the automated system just needs to go and put people actual people back on the phones so other people can get their questions answered that need to be answered that your automated system apparently doesn’t know how to answer and it doesn’t matter how many times you request an agent they still want you to talk to a not so smart automated system. But in person at the office they do a lot better

Now I cant get packages delivered to my door even if they dont fit into pckg boxes at mailbox. I get to hunt for them and wait and wait. Then after 2 trips to post office, 12 miles away, I might be able to pick up. I am a senior. Its difficult to walk and to drive and then carry! out my package! Service is crap. This is what my tax dollars pay for??? Disgusting.
