- JRJackson RobertsJul 10, 20261.0Absolutely trash. They could not find my house so I get a P.O. Box. They can’t seem to get my package in my P.O. Box but I get other peoples mail for some reason. I give up on the P.O. Box and have packages sent to my buddies house. Somehow they send the packs to my mom’s house. Ok so I have a package sent to my mom’s house. The package says delivered in mailbox but never shows up. Called the post office and they say it weighed 60+ pounds. The package should have weighed one pound at most and if it was 68lbs how did it fit in a mailbox. Talked to the post master several times and every time nothing is fixed then she hangs up on me the last time.

But, its been 24 days since I placed my order for the key to my lock box at the park I live in, and it's still not here.. every time I go into the office to retrieve my mail they have to wander around to locate it.. packages have been left at my door and misplaced and returned to sender.. this is ridiculous. I have never had so much problem when moving to get my mail.. And I move 3-4 times a year.. Very disappointed
