- JRJackson Roberts1 day ago1.0Absolutely trash. They could not find my house so I get a P.O. Box. They can’t seem to get my package in my P.O. Box but I get other peoples mail for some reason. I give up on the P.O. Box and have packages sent to my buddies house. Somehow they send the packs to my mom’s house. Ok so I have a package sent to my mom’s house. The package says delivered in mailbox but never shows up. Called the post office and they say it weighed 60+ pounds. The package should have weighed one pound at most and if it was 68lbs how did it fit in a mailbox. Talked to the post master several times and every time nothing is fixed then she hangs up on me the last time.

- DMDanny MooreJun 16, 20231.0Where to begin. We moved out of our previous house before the new one was ready. The USPS website states that they can hold your mail for up to 30 days. It sounded like a convenient option, considering I could just stop by and pick it up myself. Long story short. 10 days into this mess, I stopped by only to find out my mail has eluded the hold and is now MIA. The girl got all huffy with me as if I was somehow inconveniencing her. Then her supervisor comes around the corner and loudly states that my hold has apparently overwhelmed the staff and that they, “can’t be doing this much longer.” I left feeling embarrassed in the audience of the other customers. Later I realized that this location can only handle menial tasks. So don’t visit this location unless you only need to purchase stamps, or else you could jam up their whole operation. To this day, they have no idea where my mail is being held in that tiny building. I’ve since cancelled the hold and updated my address hoping that would simplify things. Nope…
