- MHMadeline HornDec 10, 20245.0I appreciate that they take delivery of heavy and gigantic packages and even bring them out to my car. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. I do wonder how people who work a traditional M-F schedule get their packages with no weekend, evening or early morning hours at this post office.
- JGJ GreenSep 5, 20191.0NO stars, they are awful. I can't send anything to my relatives there with any hope that it will arrive. Lost Valentine cards with gift cards inside, food products that went undelivered so they ate them. Now an order placed and they returned it, guess Brackettville is so big they don't know the residents. Post Master needs to be fired.
