- POPaloma OrtizSep 25, 20261.0Went in around 2:00pm on Friday September 25th 2026. Lady in front (glasses, short hair) was incredibly rude for no reason. I tried greeting with a smile and explain that I was picking up a package to be met with snarkiness and attitude. She didn't tell me what was needed to find the package, so I pulled out my phone and confirmation of pickup number. "That doesn't help me." How am I supposed to know? Hope she fixes whatever is bothering her because previous reviews show that this is not the first complaint. Could benefit from customer service training.
