- SAStaci Andrews1 day ago1.0The people that are working inside the post office are very nice and helpful. That's about it. We have checked tracking on 5 packages over a 2 year period and they were all marked received, but they weren't delivered. This is for a business. Since they mark it received, you can't go back and file a claim and there is no recourse except to order it again. I've noticed that we do receive eBay packages, so they obviously have an agreement with them. If they can deliver eBay, they can deliver all the rest. We have to go rent a box at UPS to make sure we can continue to run our business efficiently and not be chasing down boxes that never appear.

They don't even bother ringing a doorbell to see if you are home. I have had several formal complaints filed to locate packages or complain about service. I do not use them unless I have to. My grandfather was a USPS postal carrier and he would have been livid with this customer service if he was alive. He knew his delivery route and the people he served.
