We have checked tracking on 5 packages over a 2 year period and they were all marked received, but they weren't delivered. This is for a business. Since they mark it received, you can't go back and file a claim and there is no recourse except to order it again. I've noticed that we do receive eBay packages, so they obviously have an agreement with them. If they can deliver eBay, they can deliver all the rest. We have to go rent a box at UPS to make sure we can continue to run our business efficiently and not be chasing down boxes that never appear.
