She told me exactly how she was going to handle the situation. And that she would keep me updated as the process Unfortunately, the reality was to file a claim with UPS. She again stepped up with professional assistance to assist me. My hopes are that you recognize young associates with such people skills in some capacity

The door into the store is very hard to open, and I don’t see how anyone in a wheelchair would be able to do it by him or herself. A person would definitely need someone to open the door for him or her.
