- KRKaran RajJul 26, 20265.0Living in DFW metro area we always Heard about ‘The Texas Hospitality’ but hardly experienced it until we visited this USPS location , Erica and Cammy greeted us like they knew us since years , and helped us with our daughters passport application, they took the photos , helped us with the application and also went above and beyond with the SSN issue we had ,all within 20 mins or so and on a Saturday afternoon !! They also explained the timelines , set expectations on when and how we would receive our passports. And also Blue Ridge is such a beautiful town .. we loved the roads , the quaint stores and beautiful open green landscapes within the town. Absolutely lovely and professional ladies taking care of business and upholding the USPS reputation to the dot. I just hope we had such staff running our city’s USPS office. 10/10 recommended for any USPS related services !
