Original review: For a small town I'm surprised how the customer service works here. Multiple times I have been left waiting while personal conversations are going on in the back. I'm a frequent orderer of Amazon and rarely will they deliver the packages. They say they won't fit in the mailbox. Of course they won't, our mailbox is standard size in the country. However, they can drop them off as we have instructed numerous times. I'm not sure if it is an inability to handle the packages or what the problem is but it's a sad State of affairs when you cannot get your mail delivered.
