- ABAlex Beau1 day ago1.0I am writing this report because I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way the package drop-off process was handled at your post office today. I arrived expecting the facility to be open at 9:00 AM, as stated, and I have already been waiting for approximately an hour, only to find that around 9:30 AM the process was still not operating as expected. Customers are told to bring large numbers of packages—sometimes more than 40. We’re directed to use the back side and place them in bins outside, but this is unreasonable if the posted opening time is not honored. Waiting outside for such a long period creates unnecessary stress and interferes with other responsibilities. I am not asking for special treatment. I simply expect basic customer service, accurate information, and a reasonable system for handling customers with large package drop-offs. If there are operational reasons for opening later or delaying the drop-off process, those should be communicated clearly and in advance. I strongly believe this situation should be reviewed by management. The stated opening time and package drop-off procedure should be reliable. If customers are instructed to use a specific entrance or bins, that process should be clearly explained and properly managed so customers are not left waiting without explanation. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, and I would appreciate an explanation of why the post office was not ready to provide the expected package drop-off service at the stated time. Sincerely

I came in around 5:00 PM with packages to drop off, and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She acted as if she were the president of the entire location and refused to let me drop off my packages. Please teach your employees proper customer service. We’re paying for these services and deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Very disappointing experience.
