  I was there to ship some packages. I am a few miles from home when suddenly my four year-old daughter needed to use the restroom. I know it is bad timing and you probably aren’t supposed to let the general public use the restroom, but come on, have a heart, and let a four year-old use the restroom. Small examples of a lack of human decency and courtesy ruin the entire experience sometimes.

  Debbie is the rudest lady that you can ever run into! Always in a bad mood..The other morning I brought one of my Amazon packages back to return it... I told her good morning and she didn't even reply or smile back ... she took the contents out of the box and told me that she did not need the box. I tried to leave it there and she said real loud and rude not to leave is there and I asked her if they had a trash can and she rudely replied with sarcasm and told me to take the box that it was shipped in. I've never run into that ever before when visiting a UPS Store. I'm curious to know why she took the stuff out?? I have also noticed that my package hasn't been sent out yet either Don't bother coming back here because that lady looks like she would tell somebody off and get triggered very easily

  It’s unacceptable that the AC has been out for a week despite multiple visits. The extreme heat is unbearable for both employees and customers.

  Notary at this location is incompetent. Doesnt know when its ok to notarize a State of Texas document. You should turn in your lil notary certificate and educate yourself better. None of my other siblings in different states had a problem getting the same document notarized. After i informed her i had already clarified with the tax assessors office and that they understand that all siblings may not be able to be present at the same time to sign together because of different locations, it is ok for each to sign and notarize separately. Funny how my brother in Dallas had his notarized at UPS store in Dallas and had no problem. On top of that with an attitude said " im not signing that" went to the bank to get it notarized and told them of this and they were shocked ....Do better

  I love this UPS. The staff and lead are absolutely professional, friendly and very patient. This place can get really busy during certain hours and the staff continues to be calm and helpful. It is not the owner's fault that parking can be very congested because of the stores next to them. I love that UPS ground doesn't leave until 6:30p, which gives me time to drop off medical treatment to go out the same day.
