  Needed help locating a package and was met with a “tough crap” attitude. They messed up my spectrum equipment return. Never come to this location.

  I came in for a notary service, and one of the two young men working there was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Derek was the complete opposite. The moment I mentioned I needed a notary, the expression on his face immediately made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He openly complained about having to perform the service, which was very unprofessional and disappointing in a customer service environment. I’ve never experienced someone making a customer feel like such a burden for simply requesting a service they offer. Because of this interaction, I won’t be returning to this location for notary services. If it’s that much of an inconvenience for Derek to assist customers, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

  Do not sent certified mail through them. They upcharge $13 from what USPS would charge, and they just give the letters for USPS to handle anyways and do virtually no work. They also will not refund you if a letter gets sent to the wrong locatioins as per the manager's own admission they do none of the delivering/handling process. Would not recommend!

  Went in clueless but Mateo was kind enough to help me get what I needed done without making me feel like an inconvenience and guided me through the steps and everything 10/10 experience!!
