- SBSylvia BudinichSep 15, 20265.0📣 9 Sep ‘26; I normally return my Amazon purchases at UPS as it’s sooo easy: add the QR code to my Wallet and show it to the employee or use the Self-Service-Kiosk, however, I had 2 packages which I printed a return-label for which had to be returned at the PO (seller/3d party requirement); I was the only person in the PO, ~ 9:45 am, walked up to the counter, met a very pleasant employee-Laporchela; she greeted me with a warm smile; gave her my 2 padded envelopes, received a receipt and out-the-door in less than 5 minutes! Thank you Laporchela for excellent customer service-you are greatly appreciated~👏
- CKCassie KosakSep 14, 20265.0This is my favorite post office. Everyone who works there is so nice. I haven’t met a bad employee. I work in another city and I frequently have to go to the post office. I avoid the post office by my work because they are so awful and bring things back to Bedford.

- NNNirmalaSep 1, 20261.0We went for passport application within walk-in hour(3:00-4:00 pm) as the website specifically shows that they take walk ins on Tuesday-Thursday 3-4 pm, also called before to make sure. But when we went there, the guy rudely responded that they don’t follow the website.
- MGM GAug 10, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the passport counter. The woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very condescending and acted as if she were superior to everyone else. Customers may not always understand the process or know the answer to every question, and I don't understand why she would treat people with such disrespect instead of simply explaining things to them.
