- MGM GAug 10, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the passport counter. The woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very condescending and acted as if she were superior to everyone else. Customers may not always understand the process or know the answer to every question, and I don't understand why she would treat people with such disrespect instead of simply explaining things to them.

I have been here a couple of times, and the same guy has been the worst to deal with. If you ask him something, he replies as if he’s superior than everybody and we know nothing. That guy needs to go.
