- WSWilliams santizoJun 22, 20261.0The service at the office is really slow; you end up waiting 45 minutes just to be helped. This has been happening very frequently over the last few years. I have to drop off packages, and sometimes I prefer driving to a different USPS location because I save time, even if it’s further away. This isn't a community service—you’re obviously paying for it—so they really need to fix this!
- RJRyan JohnsonMay 23, 20261.0Never had mail issues until I moved in this office’s delivery area. One example, If it’s raining, we don’t get mail that day. Today 5/23/26 is one of those days. Marking things as delivered to show they’re on time but not coming for days happens regularly. The list goes on. Reports to USPS must go in the trash, I’m not sure.
