- TGTiffany GoebelAug 20, 20261.0The only thing this post office/mail carrier seems to deliver consistently is broken promises. “Out for delivery” doesn’t actually mean you’ll get it that day. It is the most inconsistent mail delivery system. They will mark things “delivered” but they actually won’t deliver it. I then have to go pick it up myself at the office. Currently headed to pick up my walking pad from the post office because the mail carrier marked it undeliverable because it “wouldn’t fit in my mailbox.” Imagine that. Mind you, they’ve left packages at my door before. I can understand an occasional off day but those should be rare.
- SBSharon BobAug 17, 20261.0I Waited All Day and Night for a Package on 8/16/26 Until 10 pm EVEN LEFT A BIG WHITE NOT NOTIFYING THEM TO LEAVE IN GATE THAT IT WAS UNLOCKED PLUS WE HAVE VIDEO CAMERAS NO ONE CAME THEN ON 8/17 I GET TWO DIFFERENT MESSAGES THAT ATTEMPTED A DELIVERY AND ANOTHER THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS ...DAM USPS MUST DO BETTER!!! AND THESE CARRIERS MUST STOP TALKING ON THEIR PHONES THROUGH THEIR EAR PIECES AND PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR JOB!!!

I have to take it myself when I get time. I've been complaining for 13 years here. Nothing gets better.

- WSWilliams santizoJun 22, 20261.0The service at the office is really slow; you end up waiting 45 minutes just to be helped. This has been happening very frequently over the last few years. I have to drop off packages, and sometimes I prefer driving to a different USPS location because I save time, even if it’s further away. This isn't a community service—you’re obviously paying for it—so they really need to fix this!
