  Nikul didn't give up on me when I got the wrong number on the address. I want to tell you how much I appreciate you! A worker like you needs a raise. He even called me back to check on the package I delivered for my friend. 100/100, it was shipped perfectly and to the right location. Thank you once again for your help!

  Hello, it has come to my attention that this store is not all that great anymore. I know and have good interactions with the owner of this store. The way the employees are running it especially today on July 3 are very unacceptable and not a good way to operate. I have done a lot of business with this place as a frequent shipper and I’ve had to ship at other sources because of the attitudes and just simply not wanting to do their job. Today my experience was horrible as I walked in and asked for something that was dropped off for my wife’s business. I provided all the information that is used for receiving shipment and sending shipment also even asked if I needed to provide the confirmation number, which is on the order and the young girl with glasses constantly kept saying the order was not there and did not want to keep looking the other lady that was behind the Computer in the back came up went to check and said there’s only two orders in there and none of them are mine grant it I gave them the name that is on the order and they said it was not there. Also I gave them the confirmation number that is on the order and they said they cannot use that. It took maybe 10 minutes for my wife to call the lady that dropped it off to have to take the time out of her day to come back to the store just to pull my package out of the box I told them it was in with the name and confirmation on it as well and when I asked why they could not get that for me, they said they didn’t hear me and can’t give out information regarding the packages when I clearly gave them all the information. I brought up that I will be talking to the owner about this situation and it was like a blank I DONT CAR attitude when she said okay go ahead. The whole time that I was sitting in there waiting the two were just going back-and-forth on how they cannot wait until Matt arrived so they can close the store early. They were ready to go. They did not want to be there today. They both just kept looking at me like why am I still in the store? My thoughts as a business owner is if you do not want to be there then you need to put in your two weeks or just flat out quit and say this isn’t for you, because it seems that this job is not for you. You are hurting the establishment more than helping it due to your attitude and the way you conduct business with customers. There’s no reason to turn a customer away when they have a package there and they are just too lazy or incompetent to even look for it.. This is my fifth time I’ve had had a problem with the same individual and it seems nothing has been done about it. I know Help is hard to find and that’s probably one and the main reason why they are still there but honestly, this is driving a lot of customers away because they shouldn’t deal with anyone’s attitude when they have not done anything to deserve that. I usually do not leave bad reviews anywhere, but this needs to be brought to attention immediately.
