The Bald man who was behind the counter was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout my 3-4 minute visit and that’s a very short time to have had such a bad experience with someone who’s supposed to be doing their job at customer service. I looked at the reviews of this specific location just to find out everyone else has had the same experience with the same man and he is somehow still employed?? genuinely ridiculous. There are far more qualified and willing people, and somehow they continue to employee a man with such a horrible attitude who clearly hates his job. The fact that management hasn’t done anything despite numerous complaints is also ridiculous..
