Seriously, whoever is the mail carrier at this facility needs to be fired or something. They are wayyy too lazy and couldn't be bothered to get off their butt and walk to the door to deliver something. Isn't that literally your job? We've had this happen like THREE times in the past two months. What in the world is going on? Y'all get paid good money too so I don't know why y'all act like that.

Whoever runs this post office needs to go back to working at McDonald’s, if they could even do that right! They barely scan any packages and get people flagged for late shipments. I’m surprised these employees here even get paid, and whoever’s running the show needs to be fired from doing any job ever!

this place sucks so bad. the man who works here is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. if you greet him he will just look at you like you're stupid, ignore you the whole time, and he throws your packages hard into the containers. another time i was there he was verbally irritated and upset (in front of the other employees and customers) because a lady had peeked into the glass without coming in and left. it was really weird and uncomfortable to have an employee calling a stranger out in front of everyone for no reason. y'all must really be hurting for people because almost all the negative reviews here are about him. do better. i would rather drive the extra five minutes to never come back here again.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. Do not use this location for passport services if you need a reliable appointment. I scheduled my appointment well in advance, only to have it canceled because of “staffing.” No explanation was provided in the voicemail just that my appointment was canceled. This was especially frustrating because I was applying for a child’s passport. Anyone who has gone through that process knows there are additional requirements, including a notarized parental consent form that is only valid for a limited time. Their last-minute cancellation put me on a strict timeline and created unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, it took me five attempts to reach someone because the phone just rang until it disconnected. When I finally got through, I asked why appointments were simply being canceled. The response was basically, “Because of staffing,” as if that was normal. If you’re going to offer passport services, you should have adequate staffing or a better plan in place. Passports are time-sensitive, and customers shouldn’t have to deal with cancellations after planning ahead and gathering all the required documents. The customer service in the lobby wasn’t much better. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the frustration and choose another location for your passport appointment.
