The staff is usually very busy and sometimes you will wait. I’ve not had a bad experience here. Like everywhere I go I take into consideration of how hard it is to work in a position where you’re serving customers. Especially now days when people think they can treat others any type of way when something doesn’t go their way. Reading some of the reviews I can say I have never witnessed any of the staff be anything other than helpful. People tend to post reviews only when something goes wrong but they deserve to get a fair review from someone who is a regular at this Post Office.

- IVisrael verdinAug 31, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience. The employees at this USPS location were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The attitude I received was ridiculous for a simple request.I asked them to verify whether my package was in the back. I understand there may be a lot of packages and that it could take some time to locate one. But checking and assisting customers is literally part of the job. If it takes 10 minutes, then say it takes 10 minutes. What is unacceptable is treating the customer like they are an inconvenience. And the worst part? There wasn’t even a line. Nobody was waiting behind me. There was no reason for the attitude or lack of willingness to help. This is supposed to be a customer-service business, yet the employees acted like customers were bothering them by simply asking for assistance. Basic courtesy and professionalism apparently don’t exist at this location. Management seriously needs to address the way customers are being treated. Employees don’t have to be overly friendly, but they should at least be respectful and do the job they’re being paid to do. One star is generous. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I’ll avoid coming here whenever I have another option.
