  I can agree with the low Ratings for the store. I was greeted on this date of the review, with a lady who looked like she could not be bothered. As always, at other UPS stores I am able to drop off US postal mail. My package was labeled and prepaid. She refused to take it because it did not have stamps. Unlike other UPS stores, this was not an issue. She then sent me to the postal office and I left. I’ve never run into an issue dropping off post office packages. I would highly recommend the owner of this franchise to retrain their staff or find new hires or sell your business

  Website clearly states that they can print full size blueprints. Called to ask and was told they can only print 8.5 x 11. Most UPS stores can print the larger sizes. If you cannot do the job, don't advertise the service.

  I went there yesterday to return a product to AT&T. I emailed my label that was provided to me and when I checked my receipt, it did not have the same tracking number that was on my email. So I asked to get my box back to verify the tracking number my name and address. Usually when I go into the UPS store and I emailed them a label they let me read it to double check, but this was not done yesterday afternoon. Of course, when I got the box back, it did not have my name on it or my address . And wrong address where it was going to. This would resulted in me having to pay for this equipment. It was addressed to go to this place which I’ve never heard of. No apology was given. I feel like this was attempt to steal my package.

  Never going back. Always high pressure to upsell insurance I don't need. Ive since been to the Mont Belvue store and shipped a package containing the same thing and paid 30 dollars less. Customer service is abismal and operations are always slow. I love UPS, but this shop needs new staff and systems to handle the load of customers who obviously need the service. I blew up the last time I was there because of the just direct rude attitude. I'll never go back. Save the headache and go elsewhere.
