- JFJay Dunn (freejayfly)Jun 25, 20261.0My trust in the post office has been waning extremely so after this past week of June 14th - 20th and them losing two pieces of my mail on June 15th (gift package) and June 18th (bank card). The excuse went from being "a new driver for our route" to "the holidays being hectic". They launched an investigation on my missing package on June 16th when we went there in person to bring it up, and told us this week on June 21st when we went again in person that they had my lost package in their possession while also stating their supervisor, Misty, would contact us to get it into our rightful hands. This has not happened. Misty has not contacted us at all, and will not answer our calls nor reply to our email despite having given us the means to contact her through their working clerk that day.

They claim a package, a mower, larger than a mailbox as “mailbox full” (not true, mailbox was empty) when they couldn’t be bothered to get out of their delivery vehicle. Ridiculous.
