Worst USPS in the area. The lady with thick glasses cut me when I was asking a question and was very mean/acted like I was dumb. She sounded confident and attentive sorting the people within the long line of chaos but in fact is very rude. Just because you are efficient does not mean you have the rights to be rude. Confidence and hospitality can't coexist apparently according to this post office.

After two bummer experiences in Round Rock and Pflugerville, I was able to get my fingerprints successfully taken for an FBI background check at the Austin GMF. The person handling the service was named Nicole, and she was great and knew exactly what needed to be done unlike the employees at the other locations. I had my background report within a couple of hours thanks to Nicole. Just be aware that the print collection service is limited to M-F between 10-4, and that you have to wait for time in between passport applicants to get your prints scanned. I went on a Friday at 10 and only had to wait for one family to conduct their passport business and was on my out of there by 11.

I've been going to this location for over 20 years. Can't remember a time I wasn't greeted warmly and efficiently. Long lines move quickly without sacrificing individual attention.

Repeatedly rude and disrespectful staff at this location. Multiple times I’ve been spoken over while asking questions, cut off mid-conversation with “I can help the next person”, met with eye rolls, and spoken to in a raised voice in front of other customers. It’s incredibly uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing to be treated this way for simply asking a question. At this point, it feels like a pattern rather than an isolated bad day. Staff needs to learn how to treat customers with basic human dignity. I’ve filed a formal complaint.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help customers with basic questions. On top of that, multiple packages have gone missing after being handled here, which is extremely concerning. I no longer trust this post office with important mail or deliveries. USPS seriously needs to investigate what’s going on at this location and improve the professionalism of the employees.
