- TTTANVEERJun 21, 20261.0One of the worst usps experience and customer service is the worst. They rude to customer talk shit and embarrass customer in-front of others.
- AAAnthonyJun 19, 20261.0Highly unprofessional location. They will literally close before the hours of 5:00 p.m. at whatever time they feel like it just to take lunch breaks or to not work at all. I've literally seen the door locked and employees in the back, just chit-chatting and laughing while the front door was locked for absolutely no reason before 5:00 p.m.

People kept having questions anout the mail Servicesand the guy at the counter would not help. Very disappointing and just reinforces how USPS is not as good as other mailing companies.

I was next in line and went to the counter and the lady basically made me wait so she could process the lady’s packages behind me instead. The lady behind me in line apologized and I told her it wasn’t her fault - the woman working the counter was just really inconsiderate for that. At the end of our ordeal, she said “I wasn’t trying to be rude, but when I’m ready for the next customer I will call them” in the rudest manor. The whole time she kept talking to her coworkers anyway so I just walked up because I have places to be. On top of all of this, she threw the envelopes from the lady behind me like she didn’t want to be there and then proceeded to throw my packages aggressively as well. She’s probably in her late 40’s, glasses and a pony tail with slight grey hair. Wish I had gotten her name. Will not come back here. Save yourself the unnecessary stress & attitude from these people.
