I walked in at 4:59pm when I walked in they told me they were closed he screamed come back tmr wouldn’t let me talk so I told them I was there to pick up my mailbox key. That I walked in one minute before I was coming from south Austin. He repeatedly called me a liar I asked to speak to the manager and he pointed to a man I waited to speak with him when I walked to him he immediately told me I came in at 5pm that he was not going to help me to come back tmr. I told him to please check the cámaras that I walked in one minute prior to 5 he told me that wasn’t his job and that to come back tmr then he proceeded to tell me his name was JOHN to make sure to catch it. And asked if I would like him to spell it. That I would need it when I made a review thank you for that John. He then proceeded to tell me that he could also write it for me so I would get it right and to leave and proceeded to tell me he see you tomorrow and walked away. Then I stayed there when they realized I wasn’t going to walk away a lady named rose came up and asked me if everything was ok she was the actual manager. She proceeded to help me and I told her what had happened and that the guy who had screamed that it was closed had told me that at 5 he had brought down the gate to make sure everyone knew that it was closed but when I walked in a minute before that was already closed and he was in the middle of helping someone so he had to close it and ay before 5pm and she could check the cámaras that I walked in before 5pm. She helped me even thought I wasn’t able to get my keys she was very kind and at least explained and help med in some way. Please do better at the customer service that John and Brandon because first you do not scream at a customer not call them a liar without clear proof and lie straight to their face also. The side comments to say “do you want me to write it for you or spell you my name “ please look at the cámaras and oook how he’s showing his badge at my face where he’s spelling it out.

Waited for 2 hours to pick up a letter. 1 lady was there for 45 minutes taking up a persons time. Why could they have not pushed her somewhere with a supervisor or something. It appears she was not getting it or the problem was too large. Watched 4 people leave in front of me due to the wait..

Extremely frustrating experience. We scheduled a passport appointment in advance and blocked out our work schedules to be there. The reminder email told us to bring the required identification and documents, but did not clearly tell us that the application needed to already be filled out before arriving. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were told we needed to complete the application—which takes roughly five minutes—and instead of simply allowing us a few minutes to fill it out during our scheduled 30-minute appointment window, we were told to leave and make an entirely new appointment. I understand that the form is required. That isn’t the issue. The issue is the complete lack of basic customer service and reasonable accommodation. We were there on time, had blocked our schedules for the appointment, and were prepared with the documents we were told to bring. Allowing five minutes to complete the form would have been a very simple solution. Government services are already inconvenient enough without employees making the process unnecessarily harder than it needs to be.

Had a passport appt. Was seen on time, customer service lady at the desk was very nice and polite, explaining the process and how I would receive my passport. I appreciated the good service. Many thanks.

This is the worst USPS store ever. We just wanted to mail a small box. It takes about 1 hour. There was only few people in the store, but the staffs were so inefficient. The instructions were extremely confusing. We tried to use the self service machine, but the scanner was not working. We have to change to use another box. After we thought it’s finally over, the stupid staff asked us to line up again to pay for the box, as well as the former box that did not work with the scanner. SUCH A RIDICULOUS STORE. Actually, I would suggest use the private posting services like FedEx or UPS. These USPS mail system is a nightmare.
