Staff was very rude. I arrived at least 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time for my passport, but I was not seen until about 30 minutes later(mind you there was no wait when I got there).
After waiting for 30 minutes, I kindly asked if anyone would be able to assist us since people with appointment times after mine had already started lining up. One of the workers responded in a very rude manner and said, “We’ll call you when we’re ready.” I politely explained that I was only asking because I had a scheduled appointment time. The worker then repeated, “We’ll get to you when we get to you.”
I was not helped until about 5 minutes later. During that time, I overheard one of the workers say, “Okay, I’ll start taking over the passport line,” to which the other worker responded, “Yeah, I guess if you want to.” Based on the interaction and attitude displayed, it genuinely felt as though the employee did not want to assist customers waiting in the passport line.
I understand that working at a post office can get busy, but I do not understand the purpose of having scheduled appointment times if customers are not going to be seen around those times.

There's usually a wait at this location. Lots of people getting passports, which takes up the employees' time.

Mail person never delivers letters that needs to be signed for. Only leaves orange slip in mail box.
Always a wait at understaffed post office
