- LSLexington Straw2 days ago1.0Post office is supposed to open at 8:30 am. Despite USPS staff being there, it still wasn’t open when I finally left at 9:05 am. So rude to waste people’s time, when it clearly says online & on the building that it opens at 8:30 am.

- AMA MJun 9, 20261.0With the exception of 1 or 2 nice ladies here, this location has some of the laziest workers. It’s supposed to open at 8.30, now 8.50 and it’s still closed. Myself and 3 other customers had to leave because we couldn’t wait any longer! When it is open, they usually have one person out front to help a long line of people!

I waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got up to the counter he told me I needed to write the address and I told him the material of the thing wouldn't let me and he argued with me that it would. The marker wiped RIGHT OFF. And he basically refused to help me at all after that. Don't go there if you are confused about postage, have any questions, or actually need to get things sent out. They are useless at all of that. Now I still have no idea how to send the mail. He should be fired! He kept asking the lady who worked there all the questions people asked him. I assumed he was new which is fine but to then be rude about it and completely dismissive is another thing. Knowledge can be taught, attitude can't.
