Like other people, I’ve had multiple packages that were correctly addressed returned to sender, saying they’re undeliverable, the address is vacant, etc. I’ve never had this problem living anywhere else, even elsewhere in Austin. Not sure why this office sometimes decides they don’t want to deliver the package or look for the address, but it’s very frustrating. I’ve even submitted a complaint before but the person that called was not listening and the background was so loud. They just call to say they did. Hopefully an email query will work.
