- LMluis martinezMay 9, 20261.0They need to update their walk in hours for passports. Online it stated they do walks in Saturday so I drove up from Kyle. I get there early only to be told they don’t do Saturday passports.

- GBGrishma BulsaraApr 29, 20261.0I had a really frustrating experience at this USPS location. I came in to return a SHEIN package, and my box just needed a little tape to be sealed. When I asked if they could help, they told me I’d have to buy tape instead. It’s honestly disappointing because they clearly had tape right there, but refused to use even a small piece to help a customer. We had driven from far away just to return this package, and instead of a quick, simple fix, we had to leave and go back home just to tape it ourselves and come back again. This felt like poor customer service and a complete lack of basic courtesy. It wouldn’t have taken more than a few seconds to help, but instead it wasted our time and effort. Really inconvenient and disappointing experience.
