  The postal is stealing people's mail important information that was taken out of a mailbox that wasn't in the mailbox at a property we used to stay at along with changing the address confirmation that was completed

  BETTY is an absolute angel! I can’t praise her enough! They don’t make people like her very often. She saved my day on something very important and was so very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. I hope she sees this so she can know again how much I appreciate her and that she deserves all the recognition.

  Got a notice for certified mail. Signed it but wasn’t able to reschedule for the next day. Notice says AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP 8/12. The driver didn’t leave the letter at USPS and took it with him. We couldn’t do the redelivery option because it wasn’t available. It says we can pick it up tomorrow. Well I waited for 40 minutes to just be told they can’t find it. She tried telling me just put it in the mailbox, that’s not what your stupid directions say. It says we have to reschedule and we weren’t able to. We have been waiting for this letter. The fact people can’t simply do their jobs is baffling. And the fact this is a hefty check that they “can’t find” is the infuriating part. Do your jobs as outlined! And would it kill you to have A/C in the building if your going to just gab for an hour and hold up the line.

  I ordered a mattress on Amazon and it showed it was delivered by post office. I looked around and couldn’t find anything. I went to front office and searched my entire property for my box. I was so upset and frustrated. I got a new bed frame and had no mattress. I called Amazon and complained and said I needed to know who’s responsible for me not receiving my package even though it stated under tracking it was delivered. Amazon told me I could request refund. The post office did their own research and found out the box was actually placed in a locker and was locked. The manager Ernest called me and updated me and was very friendly. I am thankful for the customer service at this location. Thanks for finding my lost package.

  If I could give less stars, I would. Horrible experience. I understand there was a bit of a wait, but what really frustrated me was that the staff seemed to have no regard for people’s time and weren’t actively trying to move the line along. I was next in line for 20+ minutes with about 10 people waiting behind me. There were two people at the registers, but one wasn’t helping customers. If they could see how long the line was, both should have been working to get people taken care of. Some people had already left because they were frustrated with the wait. They even allowed someone to cut in front of me because they had been there earlier and came back with more items. If you leave the line, you should have to get back in line like everyone else. Then, when it was finally my turn, I was told I had my item in the wrong box. At that point, I decided to just leave. Unlike them, I actually value people’s time and wasn’t going to keep the people behind me waiting even longer. Just a really frustrating experience from start to finish.
