- CRCarson RoseAug 27, 20261.0Drivers will sign for mail that requires signature themself to avoid having to redeliver if nobody is home! This should be illegal! If I’m receiving a package that requires a signature, that means it needs to end up directly in my hands. NOT the mailbox! I would like the post master to look into this.

Recently had a package issue, so I submitted a request online. Was contacted the next day.. provided a bit more info and quickly got a wonderful call back saying my package was located! Very fast response, so grateful! Extra thanks to Jahid!! BTW, it was the shippers error.. and I almost never have issues with the post, very thankful for the USPS!
- ZFzona de fionaAug 4, 20261.0Apparently this USPS location delivers to my area. I have a piece of mail that was supposed to arrive on June 1, 2026. I have submitted multiple missing mail search requests regarding this mail. Nothing has come out of it and the mail has still not arrived. Additionally, I sent a piece of mail from the Central Park location that has not arrived at its location after being sent almost 2 whole months ago. Now, according to the USPS manager I unfortunately spoke to over the phone, this location will have to escalate the complaint I submitted about a DIFFERENT location. Like I said in another review, USPS is absolutely failing its customers and is almost completely dysfunctional for certain purposes at this point. I will never send mail with USPS again.
