I understand that the postal service is understaffed and stressed, but they’ve got an elderly man working the counter (by himself) at opening time. The waiting patron rang the bell. I rang the bell. The elderly gentlemen rang his bell for backup (no less than 7 times). Then he goes back and gets the first guy’s packages himself, and resumes helping customers. He rang it again. Then, a dude in a suit came out and was like, “You need something?” (Because he couldn’t see the line of people and didn’t know they had opened 15 minutes earlier.) the gentleman needlessly nodded towards the line. Then he explained to me that the window was only for drop off and I could’ve used the slot. But I needed to buy postage, too. He’s like, “Go get back in that line then.” I said, “Wow.” Suit man says, “Why’d you say ‘wow’?” I replied, “Because we rang that bell, like 15 times.” He no likey. This post office is terrible, and I feel bad for that dude thinking somebody in the back is gonna help him after 10 rings of the bell. But that was comically bad service.

They delivered my official document to a wrong address and when I asked them they confirmed that but when I went the next day for a letter the supervisor told me that they made no such mistake and that the document was delivered to the right location and wouldn't give me a letter stating that. It just feels like they are trying to cover their track as general public we dont have the way to gain the information. Such a bad experience
