- BRBrice Richardson1 day ago1.0Absolute garbage. They lied and claimed that my package was being held at the post office per customer request (i made no such request). Then after I drove all the way here and waited my turn in line, they said its still on the driver's truck, even though I called before I showed up and confirmed it was at this location. I will be filing a complaint with them after submitting this review.

The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She spoke Spanish, but instead of making the interaction easier, she treated me with disrespect and made me feel unwelcome. No customer deserves to be treated that way. Customer service employees should treat everyone with courtesy and respect, regardless of the language they speak or their background. I left feeling humiliated and disappointed by the way I was treated. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure customers are treated professionally and respectfully in the future.
