I have been using this USPS location for a long time and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with any shipping or mailing needs. Wait times are usually short and the service is handled quickly and professionally. They offer a great range of services and the employees are knowledgeable about all available options. I always leave feeling satisfied and would highly recommend this post office to anyone in the area.

So sad to have a carrier from this location serving my home address. In forest Bluff division 78724 Bullace St. My neighbor is 88 years old, and on May 4, 2026, he scheduled a pickup through the USPS website for medical equipment he was returning. The first scheduled pickup came and went, and no one showed up. I then told him to place the package inside his mailbox with a note saying “Outgoing Please.” Instead of taking the prepaid package, the carrier simply placed the mail on top of the box and refused to take it. For a third attempt, I helped him schedule another pickup on May 7, 2026. We placed the package outside with a note saying “Scheduled for Pickup, Thanks.” Today is May 8, and the package still has not been picked up. Shame on the carrier who was too lazy to take the box from the mailbox but had no problem leaving the mail on top of it. USPS needs to do better with some of its workers. They are being paid to do a job, and this is unacceptable service, especially for an elderly customer. Now I will have to spend part of my day off helping this man by dropping off the package myself because the United States Postal Service is not working the way it should.

I’ve had a post box here for over 15 years and the service has declined terribly. they lost my mail, locked out my box 3 months after I paid for a year and never deliver my mail on time

Back in December, we had to order new mailbox keys after moving into our rental. We’re approaching March and the keys have yet to be made. I absolutely dread my weekly trip to this location to pick up my mail; it’s always at least a half an hour wait in line regardless of the time of day. Some friendly staff, some not so much. I can’t blame them though, working here seems like a nightmare.
