If you arrive before 9:00 or 10:00 in the morning (they open at 8:30), the guy with the safe keys is not in yet, so no stamps, no cash. The clerk can’t do any thing because the manager isn’t here (I guess they have the key). My question was, why are you even open then?

- AAAllisonAug 11, 20265.0Incredibly understaffed and underfunded, but the people working here are doing what they can. Misty has always been the one to help me out. I think she’s incredibly patient as a lot of customers get riled up while waiting in line and they speak condescendingly to her as if it’s her fault she’s the only one working the counter. If you’re in a rush and take out your anger on employees who are not at fault for how understaffed they are, this place isn’t for you.
