Trying to get a passport situated and done is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Make sense that it’s below 2 stars.

Did not have the usual variety of stamps and the customer service acted like they didn't want to serve the public. Long line, that I accept, but 1 server at a time is utterly ridiculous! Get it together USPS!

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a passport appointment for 2:45 p.m. and had to request permission from work a week in advance to leave early. I arrived at 2:25 p.m., well before my appointment, and waited about 45 minutes before the front-desk employee finally told me that the person handling passports had decided to leave for the day. I was then asked if I could wait another hour for her to return. If someone has a scheduled appointment, the office should honor it or notify them ahead of time if the employee will not be available. There was no communication, no respect for my time, and no consideration for the fact that I had left work early specifically for this appointment. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. They had almost no shipping boxes available—only small boxes—which made it difficult to ship my package. The bigger issue was the customer service. I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby while employees remained in the back talking and laughing as the post office was close to closing. During that time, no one came to the counter to acknowledge the customers waiting. I eventually had to call out from the lobby and ask if anyone was working before someone came to assist me. When it was finally my turn, I felt like the employees were more focused on explaining why they couldn’t help than trying to find a solution. I was told I had the wrong box, and then that the internet wasn’t working. Rather than offering alternatives or assistance, I was simply left without any meaningful help. I understand that technical issues can happen and employees have policies they must follow, but customer service should include making a reasonable effort to assist customers or explain what options are available. Based on my experience, I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the shipping supplies you need before making the trip. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my time wasn’t valued and that providing good customer service was not a priority.
