- STSerina Trujillo2 days ago1.0I live in the McKinney Falls Apartments! And our mailman is either STUPID OR CAN NOT READ CORRECTLY… my expensive package was delivered, but not to my door or mailbox it was delivered somewhere else. I’m not sure if he or she can read apartment numbers correctly or what! This is horrible, and of course I go to knock at the apt number thts similar to mine You know tht didn’t answer. Lmfao ughhhh this is so messed up smdh . So much for getting my package on Monday July 6th.
- RGRobby Gravino4 days ago1.0The absolute worst. 9am appt for passport. Didnt have ink so had to leave and get a photo elsewhere and come back. Made us wait an hour as the passport person “was coming soon” yeah, not true. Complete lie and they hid in the back when I pressed them. The nice lady up front told me that the supervisor and others didn’t want to confront me tell me so they literally had us wait with 2 toddlers for an hour knowing the entire time that the passport person called in sick today. Pathetic. This place should be shut down based on how many similar 1 star reviews there are.

Too hot to not have AC and what makes it worse is staff make it obvious they don’t wanna be there, I wouldn’t want to either when there’s no AC. Always a long line and long faces. Horrible usps location, congress location is way better.
