- AMAndrea M3 days ago1.0This location steals packages. Either the supervisor or the courier. Both times we ordered from independent sellers and both had tracking and marked as “delivered” just to open our mailbox to find nothing. Very sad reality to be stealing from people who spent hard earned money and trying to do something special. Currently filing complaints against the workers at this location through USPS for them to investigate why you all mark “delivered” when you’re actually stealing the package yourself. All junk mail makes into to our box, but not the package. Read the reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing this and strongly believes it’s the workers.

- BFBradley FitzgeraldAug 25, 20261.0Do not use for anything needed to sign for, they do not act on their own authorization receipts they leave in your mail box or online. They will continue to bring packages to mail boxes instead of front doors and say no one was there to sign. Laziness
- BWBarbara D WilksAug 20, 20261.0Several times I've arrived before 5:30pm to find that they have shut the pull down doors and I can't hand my certified mail letters to a postal worker -- it says they close at 5:30. Your mail won't get picked up from the boxes that are right outside of the pull down door b/c that cutoff is 5pm.
