I had a great experience at this post office. The two employees there were very friendly and eager to help, especially notable since it was late on a Friday afternoon. They were very efficient as well so there was no wait, made going to the post office quite pleasant.

I really love the people who work here. They have always been kind and extra helpful. I accidentally had a package delivered to an old P.o. box I don't have anymore instead of my home address. They actually found it and held it for me. It was a mistake I made and just assumed it would be a loss but it wasn't thanks to them. Just one of many great experiences I've had here. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience at this location today at about 11:45am. This was my first time at the post office and my first time applying for a passport. I stood in line and was then guided to go to a woman who was hunched over the counter and what seemed like no desire to be there. I did not get a name but she was an older African American woman and the only one working the passport station at the time. I greeted her and said good morning and all she said was “Do you have an appointment?” Which I did at 12pm. Right off the bat she said I didn’t have a 2x2 picture and I need to get one. I was a bit confused because I made the appointment with picture services which was an additional fee and she told me “I don’t know but you need to go to Walgreens” it seemed like she didn’t care to help me nor want to answer any of my questions. This lady had a bad attitude and her demeanor was unprofessional and I did point that out to her and her response was she doesn’t know what I’m talking about I informed her I would not be coming back to this location and she continued with “that’s not going to affect my day” when I asked to speak to a manager she said “yeah we have plenty” but still failed to get me one. I called the call center to get a direct number to this USPS branch to speak to a manager and no one answers whatsoever. I ended up going to a different USPS location where they were able to help and answer my questions in which I was told if I booked for picture services I would not need to go to Walgreens for a picture. I see so many reviews with almost the same issue as mine. USPS what are you doing to handle this?

I made an error regarding shipping items - I’m not used to it to be frank so I was genuinely confused. I accidentally used a bag I wasn’t supposed to for packing my items. The lady in purple hair was very condescending and disrespectful to me, rather than respectfully correcting my error and providing assistance since it was obvious I was confused and not “trying to steal”. My advice to the staff here - be kinder to those coming in.
