  The employees were very nice and helpful. HOWEVER, word of warning: if you need a shipping label printed, they will not print it for you. You must pay them for the use of their computer, $3 for 5 mins, and then 20 cents or so to print the label. Idk if every UPS store requires this junk fee or just the 6 that this owner has, but I recall a store doing this type of thing that was downtown, and it’s out of business now. I for one will not return here. 👎

  Came here a few days ago due to a package delivered to me mistakenly. Jessica was a HUGE help and the staff in general was so kind and patient. Thanks for all your help handling the 98lbs package :')

  Jessica, the Manager, did our notarizing efficiently, effectively, while being professional and pleasant with us, plus all the customers and staff present. Since it was our final stop after three other attempts to get our necessary documents notarized elsewhere, we appreciated her even more. Her UPS store is a clean and well maintained location.

  I had the best experience with Patrick at the Hancock store. He was friendly from the minute I came through the door with several returns. He was patient and helpful as I was feeling like I was taking too much time because AT&T cellular was slow as I was trying to locate my Amazon bar codes. He helped with the codes for 4 returns there and 2 with another company. Done very quickly and gave me receipt. All with a smile. I’ll definitely use this location for any needs. Many thanks to him. You’ve got a wonderful employee!

  Terrible service! Julissa Renteria provided me with bad service ! She must be fired immediately! Julissa is a trash because she treated me badly and bullied me from start to finish. I asked her to do notarize the letter. She treated me terribly and horribly! She harassed me and bullied me! I paid her total $13 but she refused to give me back the receipt. I want all my money back coz of her terrible behavior! This is discrimination!she should be fired!
