I came in with a massive stack of packages that needed to be scanned, which could easily have been a chaotic process. Jules was incredibly patient, professional, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure every single item was scanned correctly and that everything was 100% taken care of before I left. Outstanding customer service like this is rare—Jules is an absolute asset to this store!

- KTKim Tu5 days ago5.0I needed a newsletter printed on a 12 x 12 sized paper and called a few local print shops, who all told me their turn around time was 1 - 3 business days. I took a chance and called UPS that afternoon and spoke to Shay. She told me she was leaving for the day but that I could come in the following day when they opened at 8:30. I did that and was very pleased with Shay's customer service. As the graphic designer for this location, she ensured I was happy with the print dimensions and paper quality. Best of all, she printed what I needed FAST and the color was vibrant, exceeding my expectations. Thank you, Shay and The UPS Store at Mueller. I can't say this was my first choice for printing needs but it definitely will be my go-to place going forward!
