- JJJoe2 days ago5.0Always reasonably quick and easy. Most of the employees have been friendly in my experience. I did have to unexpectedly pay $5 for a pre-paid label once when I didn't have time to print elsewhere, but now I know.
- CVChloe V.4 days ago1.0Ditto what Amy said below. Predatory practices from the store owner here. Charging $4.88 to print a UPS label while at the UPS store I need to use for a return is INSANE. You can print a sheet of paper at the library for $0.20, and I wish it wasn’t already later in the evening because I would have done that instead. The employees were nice enough, but I will never use this store again.

Having already taken the time out of my day, I agreed to pay it, but they didn’t know the password to their own email to access the sent document, why they couldn’t just scan the label and print it is beyond me
