- VVValoriaSep 4, 20261.0Your staff are NOT trained to guide the customer. Very simple things to explain but the way they present the information is NOT helpful. I went in to drop off a package, prepaid just need to print the label. Your staff said there’s no way to print for free with a label. I will have to pay $3.5. She asked for a QR code or E number, said tracking id was of no use. I did not know on top of my mind where to find those. I asked for an example of E number. She said she didn’t know. Also UPS website doesn’t work normally in Chrome, that’s why I couldn’t get the QR code. The service sucks.
