  As always, great experience (today with Alex). I always choose to go to UPS over any where else because I know that no matter what I’ll get helpful consistent service every time!

  2/3 of my packages arrived destroyed that I paid almost $500 for each shipment. UPS claims has been a hassle to deal with and tried charging me twice for one of the shipments. If you’re shipping something valuable get the insurance and be ready to call at least a dozen times to get your money

  I am reposting my review from 2020 because it seems to have been removed.I am sharing this experience because, looking at the recent negative reviews, it seems like poor service is an ongoing issue at this location year after year.Back in 2020, I went in to drop off a package and asked the manager at the time, Valerie, for my receipt. She refused to give me one, which led to a verbal back-and-forth. Another customer then walked in behind me, and both the customer and Valerie proceeded to attack me verbally. Valerie grabbed my boxes and threw them across the room, and both of them began yelling at me to get out.I reported this incident to UPS corporate at the time, but nothing was ever done about it. The only reason I did not react further and chose to just leave was because I was on my way to visit a dying parent and did not have the emotional capacity for a larger altercation.I am unsure who is currently staffed at this location, but I sincerely hope Valerie no longer works for the company. Management needs to address the long-standing behavioral issues at this store.
