He made the whole process so easy and really took the time to help me with everything I needed. You can tell he truly cares about customers and keeps such a positive attitude. Ann was also incredibly helpful and sweet. Such a great experience overall — this location is lucky to have them both! ✨

I do come prepared with codes ready to go, but they’ve never acted like it was a burden and the conversations while doing the returns are always great. Ann is delightful, funny and makes a chore a bit easier.

I had a lot of packages for Jakob but he was very kind and gracious about it, even making conversation (that wasn’t awkward like it usually is at retail stores). I don’t usually leave reviews but these two were so nice and gracious which is a breath of fresh air in today’s world :-)

They were upbeat, patient with questions, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. It’s not often you notice customer service in a place like this, but they made it memorable. I’d go out of my way to return to this location because of them.
