- PCPooja Chopra3 days ago5.0The best UPS experience I court have asked for. Michael was a sweetheart. I was alone carrying so many boxes and so flustered he managed everything for me and packaged everything so well.
- TKTorrey KyleOct 6, 20265.0Ann was super helpful. I had a bunch of stuff I needed to print and laminate and she dropped what she was doing to help me immediately and made sure all of my documents looked correct after printing and laminating. Will be back here for sure for future printing needs!
- BBBradley BechtolOct 2, 20265.0Michael Alexander at the UPS Store on Congress is not only professional, knowledgeable, and quick, but he greets me by name and with a smile every time I enter the store. This is the type of service that creates customer loyalty and repeat business! I know it does for me. Thank you for going the extra mile, Michael!
- NTNicky TurnerSep 21, 20265.0Michael is hands down my FAVORITE person at UPS!! I genuinely get excited every time I walk in and see that he’s working because he always greets me with the same excitement and the biggest smile. At this point, he doesn’t even feel like someone who just works at UPS—he feels like a friend. 🥹 He is one of the kindest, sweetest, most genuinely helpful people I’ve ever met. No matter what I come in needing help with, Michael always goes above and beyond and somehow makes even a boring UPS errand enjoyable. One time I accidentally left my wallet there and didn’t realize until later. When I came back, Michael had kept it safe for me and made sure everything was exactly as I left it. That alone says so much about the kind of person he is. His kindness, honesty, and positive energy are so genuine, and he truly warms my heart every time I see him. People like Michael are the reason you keep coming back to a business. UPS, PROTECT THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS!!! 😂❤️ Give him a raise, a promotion, employee of the year—whatever you have to do. You have an absolute gem in Michael, and I hope you know how lucky you are to have him!
