He had a great sense of humor, made the whole process easy, and never once made me feel like I was being a difficult or annoying customer or that he was in a rush. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thank you, Jakob, for turning what I always feel is such a stressful errand into such a pleasant experience! You made my Sunday morning!
