  Experience inside the store was 5 stars. Parking was challenging, even though I wasn’t in a hurry. So I wanted to share what I noticed, since management seems to actively monitor reviews. There are 3 parking spots + 1 disabled spot. The day I visited, I circled the block several times waiting for a spot to open up. After that failed, I found the nearest free street side parking about 2 blocks away. When I entered the store there was only one other customer and 2 employees visible in the store (and still no available parking). That makes me suspect that staff are parking in the very limited spots (that’s a guess, not an accusation). I realize that being surrounded by paid medical parking garages, restricted lots, and limited street side parking makes it very challenging to expand customer parking, but I wonder if there is an opportunity to make arrangements for store-paid parking for employees at a neighboring facility to improve the customer experience while not economically shifting the location’s parking challenge onto staff.   The associate named Godspower gave exceptionally good service. He spent a good deal of time making varied efforts to get my email to go through to their computer so that I could get the return receipt printed out. I really appreciate his perseverance to keep trying different ways until he succeeded in getting it to go through! He maintained a patient attitude the whole time. Great employee!

  I made a notary appointment for 2:30pm today and when I showed up, I was told the notary they had on staff just got on a 30 minute call and suggested driving to another UPS store. When I told them I had made an appointment, they didn't even seem to know you could do that online and one person said they may get an email about it, but clearly they don't care to act on them. There is a similar review from about 2 months ago complaining of the same issue, so I guess they decided to not to anything about it.

  I’ve been using the UPS Store on W. 34th as an extension of my office for over 20 years. I’ve almost always had a good experience, but during a recent fire drill I had very strong support from the store manager, Jacob. Jacob was calm and confident and had good people skills. I had to deliver 2 packages of legal documents ,surveys & easements in duplicate & notarized. I fired off several emails to print and came in ready to start putting them together I walked in & Jacob had both complete sets waiting / exactly as requested. He listened and then he delivered, calmly and confidently and correctly. UPS you have a winner here
