  The UPS store can be stressful when there are long lines and people who aren’t sure what their needs are. The staff at this store are INCREDIBLE! They are all extremely kind, patient and accommodating. The move people through without neglecting the needs of someone who might move at a slower pace. I have actually not been to any establishments lately that have been this great. I know that sounds crazy about a UPS store but the employees are truly a light.

  My companies PO Box is located here, I’ve been here a couple days out of the week for a Month and I’ve gotten nothing but wonderful service and lovely people every time; Jakob, Roxanne, Panda and Fayth Bravo!! 👏👏👏👏

  Jakob was so kind and patient with me for all of my Amazon returns. I had to return like 20 swimsuits and we silently worked out a system to get through them all so efficiently!! Thank you Jakob!! You are the best!!

  Jakob, panda,Roxanne,fayth dy saved the day for me by assisting me with grace and kindness at the end of their work day. I was able to have copies made and mail my forms before closing. Excellent 5 star service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  SJ and Jakob with a K are the light to this store! Both of their energies just filled the room as I walked in! Jakob was so bright, kind, and his smile so genuine. SJ was so eager to get into work and provide her amazing customer service, so much so she forgot her cheese for her lunch. Thank you for making this specific location so amazing <3
