  Panda, Fayth, and Jakob were so wonderful! We had a large shipment of large boxes that had to go out same day and we were turned away from a competitor and told to schedule online... but they helped us out and were so kind, efficient, positive, and helpful! Thank you!!

  I go out of the way to come to this UPS because I know they will be friendly and helpful. Today, I went in with a couple of Happy Returns (something I feel like other UPS locations are sometimes grumpy about taking) and Fayth helped me with no hesitation, a smile on her face, and she was so kind and helpful! I’ve been helped by Jacob and Miranda in the past too and they’re also super warm and approachable. Love this location and will keep taking the extra minutes to come to this one specifically!

  I have had the pleasure to utilize the store services in recent weeks and every time Katherine and Panda have provided me with excellent customer service, have been attentive and professional. Every time I have left not only satisfied as a customer but motivate and encourage to keep pushing forward.If you want fast, friendly and accurate service stop by and visit with Panda and Katherine. I guarantee you won't be disappointed and tell them Tamara sent you.

  Rude staff; not helpful, especially there is a young lady cashier that was very impolite. She was unfamiliar with the notary process for documents outside of Texas and when I asked a question or tried to explain she yelled at me and refused to listen; she did not listen to what was asked of her, printed more pages than needed and charged me for it; Her attitude was absolutely unnecessary; I do understand the frustration of dealing with many customers but being patient and polite is literally part of any customer facing job! I would drive to literally any other UPS store!

  Very smooth. I’ve come here before and the previous time was also to get notary. This visit, I arrived towards closing but they were still able to get me in. Fayth took care of me and got me on out the door efficiently. Very cognizant of all the whole store and took care of some other customers while I finished filling out documents so the line wouldn’t get backed up and communicated that to me. Smooth!
