  I visit this UPS store at least three times a week. Whether I'm shipping something or bringing back an Amazon package, The service is always fantastic. Today, I needed to emergency ship passports to a friend whose mom was dying + they were so helpful and made the process easy.

  I can’t believe nobody has reached out to me to apologize this is has to be the worse store possible, some of my friends go to that location and they say the manager is rude and disrespectful. One of my friends said that they think that met the owner a short Indian lady and she was very disrespectful and also didn’t know what she was doing! The only people should get some gratitude is Jordan and I believe her name is Liz

  It is always a great experience whenever we need UPS services. Owner Vip and staff are very kind and conscientious. They always greet us warmly, are efficient but never rush customers. There’s never any/much of a line (even though they do a lot of business). We’ve had forms notarized, important papers securely shredded, returned Amazon packages with ease, and mailed items as well. I appreciate the care in which they do everything, providing receipt confirmations for packages, and making each customer feel like they are truly happy to help however they can. I wish more businesses operated like our local UPS store!

  I've never used this location but I will never go back. I was not greeted upon entering when I say that I was there for an appointment with the notary the lady at the front desk screamed for the woman to come up. It became obvious to me pretty quickly that the notary does not know what she's doing I did not complete my documentation and ended up leaving

  I’ve been using this UPS Store for a long time and have never had a complaint until last week. I brought in an Amazon return in the original product box. The associate, Jeremy, told me the box wasn’t sufficient and that it needed something stronger. Then he offered to sell me a poly mailer for about $4.66. That’s what didn’t make sense to me. If the concern was that the original box wasn’t strong enough, how is putting the item in a thin poly mailer with no padding somehow better protection? I told him I wasn’t there to spend money — I was simply trying to make an Amazon return. This isn’t a terrible complaint about the store because, like I said, I’ve used this location for a long time without any issues. It’s more of a heads-up: if you’re returning an Amazon item here, be aware that you may be told you need to purchase additional packaging. I understand businesses need to make money, but nearly $5 for a basic poly mailer on an Amazon return felt more like an upsell than a necessity.
