  Nae was so kind and helpful in getting a fragile item packed, insured and sent to another state. My package arrived in two days. I was notified when the package was picked up at The UPS Store and when it was delivered to the destination. So easy! And, the store was convenient to my house! As a senior, I appreciate your patience and pleasant attitude, Nae. Thank you!

  (Re:#Nae)As I opened the door I was greeted, by Ms. Nae. I wanted to stay there and hang out all day due to the warm greeting big ole beautiful smiles. Not just from the sweetie that assisted me, but also from the precious young lady that was working w her!!! If EVERY store in the world had this tour of customer service the sit were breath would be like cotton candy is to the touch of our tongue. I searched all googles and dictionaries and still not able to find the bestest most perfectest positive honest feedback!!! If I had access to enough money I wld buy them a brand spanking new car and pay their college tuition in full. These ladies are too young to have credit but if they did I wld pay all of their debt!!! I hope this lands them a forever letter of recommendation until they walk across the stage with their doctrines. Continued blessings to them. You know the tree by the fruit it bears. Their parents can be very proud.   This store is relatively close to where I live so I go there every now and then just to return purchases for the most part. But I tell you every single time I’ve gone in the facility i’m never there super long first off and then the other thing is the employees here actually try to help me out even when they don’t have to they take the charge to walk you through step by step with issues. Even with getting simple things like a box or a smaller bag to lower YOUR price point they take the time out to help you!! I wish I knew more of the employees names but my favorite employee there currently is SJ !! she’s been helpful and sweet every time I go to this location so I decided to firstly take time out to shed light on her hard work :))

  I loved the atmosphere here! Nae was incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, especially when it came to notary services. She was kind, thoughtful, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone in the area as well. It’s well worth choosing this location over the UPS at The Domain.
