  I absolutely love coming here ! My favorite UPS by far. There is always such high energy here. They are all very professional polite and nice. There is always a thank you for coming - let’s not forget the greeting as you walk in.

  I've been to this location a few times, the most recent visit was to send a several pages long fax. Nae helped me and she was very kind and efficient with not just me but every customer who came in while we waited for the fax to go through. Her colleague (didn't catch his name) was also very professional and friendly. Mailing and faxing things off is a mundane experience but they actually made it a pleasant one.

  I’m from out of state and had to ship a box back home. This is the best UPS Store I’ve ever been to. SJ and Peaches are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was in the store for a little while getting my box ready so I got to witness the customer service they gave to each person that walked through the door. I hope their bosses appreciate and recognize their stellar customer service and happy I chose this store to use. Thank you!

  Extremely disappointed by the racial bias shown by the morning staff member today. I been to this UPS multiple times and every other members was friendly and helpful. However, this morning the employee handling the front counter at 11 am was shocking disrespectful. This is the second or third time I encountered her, and every time the contrast in how she welcomed white customers versus how she deliberately mistreated Asian customers was shocking and unacceptable. A global brand like UPS should not let poor, discriminatory behavior from a single employee damage its reputation. Management really needs to step in and retrain their customer-facing staff.

  I stopped by The UPS Store to get a document notarized and expected it to be a quick, routine visit. Instead, I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, thanks to Peaches. From the moment she helped me, she was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire notarization process smooth and stress-free, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but that's exactly the impression Peaches left. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to help instead of just doing the minimum required. She made me feel like my time mattered and treated me with a level of care and professionalism that's becoming harder to find these days. Honestly, employees like Peaches are the reason people become loyal customers and recommend businesses to others. If every UPS Store had a Peaches, customer service would be on a completely different level. She is an outstanding representative of the brand, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Peaches, for turning a simple errand into such a positive experience. If you visit this location and have the chance to work with her, you're in excellent hands.
