    There is a woman who works here who was very rude when I was trying to explain that an Amazon return came in the box that I returned it with. She was very dismissive and disrespectful, cutting me off as I was trying to explain to her. I even have my proof of delivery Amazon picture showing that same box that I returned it in. I will not be returning to this location.

    I had 5 Amazon returns to drop off today (Oct 10th around 1:20pm). I usually use the kiosk for Amazon returns but 3 of my returns were large pairs of boots, so I thought it would be easier to go up to the counter and have an employee scan them (there was no line). When I got up to the counter I said I had Amazon returns and the young woman working rolled her eyes and pointed to the kiosk. I said I didn’t use it due to me having large items that I did not think would fit in the kiosk drop off bin, and she sighed and rolled her eyes again. She continued to roll her eyes after I handed her each item and when I was done she pointed at the kiosk and said “and again that’s for Amazon returns.” The whole experience was extremely rude and I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing her even though I had all QR codes and items organized and ready to scan. Extremely disappointed with how rude this employee was for absolutely no reason.

    The so called supervisor has no customer service skills. They don't have the right box because of abnormal dimensions and decided to get upset and started screaming at me when I told him I'm not paying $60 for 2 boxes. He's young and has no experience talking to people. . I'm not paying for $60 for 2 boxes because my package has abnormal dimensions. That's not my problem

    I had the pleasure of Faith waiting on me to pick up my packages. She was super fast and super nice and got me out of there super quick.
