I tried retuning a package in the original box and the guy at the counter wouldn’t accept it. His suggestion was to buy a box for $25. Never ever had this issue here or anywhere else. I went to the UPS on Anderson Mill and they took it. Such an inconvenience for someone who doesn’t drive.

The franchise owner was very kind and helpful in packing up and shipping two portraits (paintings) for me. It was late on a Monday afternoon and somewhat busy. It was shockingly expensive, but let me be clear: It’s entirely possible that owners have zero say in setting rates. Everything is pretty expensive these days! I REALLY appreciated being asked if I have AAA…I do, and that shaved $4 off.

Today I felt like I was the most important person when I walked into store 0289. I was met with a very cheerful hello and how may I be of any service to you. When I looked up all 3 attendees were lookin my way with a smile. (Even though, two of them were already attending to someone else) And as I was waiting for my faxes all three asked how my day was going and very cheerful. Having been to other UPS Stores, today made me decide to make it my go to store from now on. I live in DelValle, but because my daughter works at the arboretum, I know I passed at least SIX UPS stores. I don’t mind going all the way over there because of how attentive they were with me.
