    Disappointing decline in service and workplace culture This location used to be known for its exceptional, reliable customer service, largely thanks to a beloved veteran female employee who ran things with true efficiency and care. Since her departure, the standard has dropped dramatically. The new young male employee who replaced her is rarely at the register when customers need assistance. When he is present, the level of service doesn't come close to the excellent standard his predecessor provided. Worse still, it is frustrating to observe him offloading his own responsibilities onto the remaining veteran female staff while simultaneously condescending to them on how to do their jobs. It is incredibly disappointing to see a once-stellar local establishment lose its commitment to great service and allow a toxic, imbalanced dynamic to impact both the customers and the hard-working veteran team.

    HORRIBLE! I go in to ship my friends birthday gift and ask for a box, this older lady, asks to see what I’m shipping and starts examining my friends gifts and reading the ingredients of a face cream and acting as if they can’t ship it! Never in my whole life!! It’s none of your business what I’m shipping, I asked you for a box, not an inspection!
