  I came into this location and I was greeted as soon as I walked in I loved the atmosphere everyone was so nice and helpful.Rafael was great at his job very professional.

  As someone who has served the Circle C community, I can personally vouch that it can be a TOUGH clientele. 😂 That’s why I had to come on here and give this staff their flowers. They consistently go above and beyond to show kindness, patience, and great attitudes, regardless of the interactions they may have had before. It’s clear that they genuinely care about serving our tight-knit community. And I especially want to give a shoutout to Ralph, the manager, for the way he leads his team and helps create that kind of environment. You can tell when a manager truly cares about both their staff and the community they serve, and Ralph definitely deserves recognition for that. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank the entire team for all that they do. They deserve the appreciation! 👏🏽

  I am writing to share my positive feedback regarding my recent experience with Ralph. Ralph was extremely helpful when I needed my printing completed in a timely manner . He even took the time to show me a sample to ensure the final product met my expectations before proceeding. I will certainly recommend your location to others and suggest they ask for Ralph for their printing needs.

  The UPS Store is so clean and organized! My favorite part was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made my experience at UPS so much better. Great customer service all around!

  I shipped a package at this UPS Store earlier this week. Before I paid, I checked the address on the screen. It was correct, including the apartment number. The printed label did not match. This was verified by the customer service manager who escalated the issue. The apartment number came out wrong. The employee did not verify the printed label against what I approved. The package was not delivered. I came back to this store for help. They were useless. They did not own the labeling error or take any meaningful step to fix it. UPS customer service was the same: no accountability, no resolution, just a runaround. The issue is now “escalated” to the ground facility in the destination city — which is another way of saying nobody at the store or on the phone actually fixed anything. If you ship from here, do not trust the screen alone. Physically read the printed label before you leave, especially apartment/suite numbers. This location will take your money, print a bad label, and then shrug when the package never arrives.
