  Great location! Horrible staff! It’s a guy there and he’s pictured below in another review! He’s very rude and unprofessional! He’s the only one there during the week! As I tried give a box he aggressively snatched the box back to tape it! It was unnecessary! It definitely startled he’s a very unhinged individual for my safety I will no longer return to this location. It shouldn’t be a hostile environment to get a service! If he doesn’t like his job then why continue to stay? He also is not helpful, does not like to answer questions! I’m pretty sure the owner or someone over this store has to be related to him for him to still be employed here.UPS DO BETTER

  Needed to drop off an Amazon return. Got to the front door at 3:01pm on Saturday. Door was locked with 2 customers inside. Rep left the customer at the counter to tell me that He couldn’t let me in. Explained that I didn’t need anything from him, just to drop the Amazon box in the bag. He repeated that he couldn’t let me in, and to “Have a nice day”, and went back to work with the customer at the counter. Thanks for the help.

  The numerous times I have come here in the afternoon to drop off an Amazon return their kiosks are down. But sitting there is 2 to 3 bins overflowing with Amazon returns. I've also noticed that the same younger dark haired male employee is always there working by himself when this is the case. I do believe this male employee is saying that the machines are down just because perhaps he won't have to process the packages and wants to leave by 6:30 for the day. Strange!!! I go to the Dripping location and everything is operating fine there. How is one location always functioning fine but this location doesn't?? I guess the Dripping location will get my business from now on.

  Just had an unpleasant experience at this location. I sent three attachments to the office email two hours before I came into the office to pick them up to get printed several copies of three attachments. After waiting in line 10 minutes to be served, I even noticed a customer in front of me printed off about eight pages at the UPS store and didn’t even email ahead of time like I did. when it’s my turn to print off the attachments I needed that I also emailed two hours previously I was told by Raul employee at UPS that he doesn’t have time. the line did get long behind me, but he chose to not serve me as a customer to print off those attachments that I emailed to the office two hours previously literally took could’ve taken a couple minutes to get these items printed off, but the lack of customer service by Raul in this particular experience was unappreciated.

  This store and its employees continues to lack basic customer service skills but thrives in patronizing its customers. Just yesterday, I had the terrible two showcasing their patronizing skills. The hispanic male (wouldn't give me his name when asked and they don't wear name tags) had to through out there, "it is only a 10 minute drive, it's not that far" when I asked if I they could process my Amazon returns. I only asked if they could process my Amazon returns after asking some basic questions on when would the Amazon return machines that have been down for 2 weeks would be operational or when are they scheduled to be repaired. The answers I received from the deer in headlights white male certainly showed he could care less and I was nuisance for asking. When I asked to speak to a manager on duty, they answered there are none. When I asked for their names, they said we don't have to tell you and they don' wear name tags leaving me no other option than to refer to them as "hispanic male" and "white male". Roughly 1.5 weeks ago, I was walking up to the door with two big packages very close to their closing, in fact it was at 6:29pm. The female representative, who made eye contact with me and saw me carrying two large boxes as I was roughly 10 steps from the door, locked the door at exactly the 6:30pm mark and although I do understand closing time is closing time, come on... I was 10 steps from door, you made eye contact with me, and locked door anyway and refused to come to door as I tried to tap on door to get your attention. Again, I understand closing time is closing time, but you might as well have flipped me off when locking door. The complete lack of customer service has gone on for years, and there has been no efforts to correct basic customer service skills. This is why most of us go down to EZShipPlus right down the road to pay for shipping services instead of using the UPS Store 6810 at Belterra.
