The customer representative named Tiago helped me out and he was very patient with every transaction I had to complete. He also took the time to explain to me the transaction process (Amazon returns) and was very detailed when I was getting confused with receipts. Superb customer service. His manager was also around to help him as he helped me. I recommend this UPS store for any business you need to get done. Thanks Tiago!
