  Store ran by people who do not care! Employees should be fired & investigated for theft!! Store manager should be fired for lack of customer resolve & lack of store accountability! Package was dropped off, yet somehow it never shipped out from the store. Just magically vanashed after UPS tracking clearly shows dropped off in store. Then nothing...... just nothing.... No resolve has been given other than "yeah so uuhmm.... just call this number" Does calling a number help find my package!? Does that start an investigation as to why the package was never sent off & who has it? No... it's to file a claim for missing package. HOW ABOUT YOU FIND A PACKAGE THAT NEVER LEFT THE STORE!? Unless of course an employee took it home!? Otherwise that package would still be sitting somewhere w/ labels as to where its going & who from so ONE of us can get it. But was told because it had a prepaid label - store isnt going to do anything about my package. What does a prepaid label have to do with ANYTHING!? it still has everyones information on it to not just be lost like it never existed. We have the tracking number. We have ID's to show ownership of box if "found" for collection. Nope.... just a "whelp... sucks to be you" attitude from employees who refuse to acknowledge a package THEY lost IN STORE. But they need "more documentaion" to help. We've giving all the documentation needed... No respect for customers. God forbid employees or manager do their jobs. Worst experience from any UPS store i have visited across the country!

  There is a large "Notary" sign in the window but when I went to have something notarized in the morning, was told that the person was coming in at 3 pm. They should post their notary hours instead of a big sign in the window that indicates they provide that service on a regular basis. A wasted and frustrating trip for no reason. Most places that advertise notary services have someone on premises while they are open.
