I had a really positive experience with Jesus at this UPS Store. I came in expecting to be able to print a few items based on the information available on the website, but learned that the store’s manager had recently implemented a new policy that no longer allows customers to print directly from the register. Unfortunately, that change hasn’t been reflected on the website yet. I explained to Jesus that I wasn’t able to access my email from a personal computer at the moment and print from the public printer. I mentioned I had come in specifically because I believed, based on the website, that I would be able to print there. Jesus was incredibly understanding and helpful. Since the policy change hadn’t been communicated online, he went out of his way to help me this time by printing the items from the register, while also kindly letting me know about the new policy for future visits. I really appreciated the way Jesus handled the situation. He was accommodating, professional, and solution-oriented, and he made sure I didn’t leave empty-handed because of a policy change I had no way of knowing about beforehand. Excellent customer service — thank you, Jesus!
