  What a great experience I had. Myles my delivery guy was fantastic. I screwed up my order and they were able to fix it with no problems. They were courteous and a pleasure to deal with it. I highly recommend using Primo for water delivery!

  Extremely frustrating experience – Avoid this service. I officially canceled my Primo account after a month-long saga of zero communication and unfulfilled orders. Aug 31: Received four 5-gallon water bottles, but no dispenser. Called customer service and was assured a bottom-load dispenser would be delivered by Sept 14. Sept 14 & Beyond: Received zero follow-up, zero delivery confirmation, and no update that the units were still out of stock. The "Fix": I was offered a top-load dispenser instead, completely ignoring the fact that lifting 40 lb water bottles to the top isn't physically feasible for every customer. I’ve had 160 lbs of water collecting dust in my apartment for a month because no local representative would communicate. This entire ordeal cost Primo not only my business, but also potential business accounts from my workplace. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for water delivery.

  This company scammed me out of over $100. One of their drivers claimed to have made a delivery to my house and sent in a fake photo. I was never refunded for the fake delivery. Be careful dealing with this company.

  Do not even start with this company. They will never stop delivering water. The amount of bottles you order will magically change. They charge you monthly for the dispenser and $16 a bottle of water. Delivery fees. Request tips for the drivers of their overpriced water. They will pick up your dispenser and continue to deliver water even after you’ve canceled.

  Didn’t give us a time of delivery until the day of delivery and I wasn’t home. Asked the driver to wait 10 mins, he said he couldn’t wait and left it at the door. I called customer service and they sent me a guide on how to check arrival time… lol such a joke! Our first experience with this company and we are new to using a water dispenser in our home , and we are not happy with them so far.
