  Very poor service at ReadyRefresh. We arrived early in the morning to unload and ended up waiting ALL day with no clear explanation. There is a complete lack of respect toward drivers. They unload whenever they want, with no organization or respect for the schedule. They do not respect the line at all: their own trucks are brought in first regardless of how long others have been waiting. The facility is also very small, with limited space to maneuver, and only one unloading door, which makes the whole process extremely slow and disorganized. We waste hours of work, fuel, and money, and nobody seems to care. There is no communication and no sense of responsibility. Personally, I will never come back to this place again. Avoid this facility if you value your time and work.

  I could not recommend heartily enough that you do not start an account with Ready Refresh or Primo. Since merging with Primo a few months ago, their service has absolutely tanked. We use them at my job, and I'm the point person. Not one delivery has arrived on the scheduled day, for months. I'm currently waiting for a delivery originally scheduled for June 25, that has now been rescheduled ten times and is currently allegedly coming on July 14. I have every reason to believe they will not arrive on July 14, and if I didn't have 25 empty jugs onsite waiting for pickup (thanks to a previously messed up dropoff/pickup), I would cancel entirely and move immediately to the next supplier on my list. (I am editing this review with new dates every time they postpone our delivery again.)

  Honestly, I love this service....I really do, but their customer service is terrible. I've been trying to reach them for two weeks now, each time I get an automatic message saying "no representatives are available at this time." I've been waiting for a water delivery and bottle pickup for nearly three weeks now, and it's been rescheduled each time. Twice I never even got a call from the driver who was supposed to deliver to me. Does this company have any functional customer service? I'd love to change this review to higher, but I can't think of any other way I can get help or get my delivery actually delivered. Edit: I have called customer service, and they will not refund the 100+ dollars I spent on a delivery. This company will scam you out of your money, and their drivers lie about deliveries done.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to cancel my account for months and they continue to try and deliver and charge me. I have called multiple times and emailed them to cancel my account. They won't allow you to remove your credit card or cancel your account online. They require you to call, but then put you on hold and never handle your cancel request. This has been going on for months now. Today: Ready Refresh delivered again after numerous cancellation requests. We immediately called them and asked them to pick up the bottles today. They refused to do so and said maybe next week. Unbelievable.
