  Alexis Zendejas is by far one of the best recruiters there is. She is always punctual and she is always transparent so this review has nothing to do with her. 5/5 ⭐ This one star review is being left because the company can't have people sitting and waiting around for multiple weeks at a time. Either people should be told they got a job within a couple days after final interview or be told that they didn't get a job within a couple of days after final interview. Non-punctuality and non transparency is something many people have left a review with this company about. I dropped a handful of opportunities for a job with one of insight's clients and that proved to be a mistake. Especially being told to wait around and wait for them to get back to Insight about said job, just to be told after 2 and a half weeks (I've waited for 2 jobs with this client company) that there is no job. At this point in time and at this stage of the job market, you can't be doing that when people need quick opportunities. If I'm told that a company needs to have somebody working by Monday, and I do my final interview on Wednesday of the previous week and I'm only told on that Monday morning they are actually going to postpone that job, that should have been told one or two days after the final interview. The problem isn't that I didn't get a job, it's that I've waited over 2 weeks for two jobs that I had to fight for a response about. Do better Insight. P.S. I've worked for a few staffing companies and applied at a few and none of them had me waiting or fishing for a response. On top of that, I was told either same day or most of the time a day after whether I got a job or I didn't. There is no excuse for heavy wait times if it's explained that clients need people to work soon after final interview. Insight pressed urgency in getting people to work but have no urgency in giving updates about the job, unless you message them or leave a one-star review. I'll no longer be needing Insights help in any pursuing of job opportunities.

  Very disappointing experience. After completing the interview process, I never received any follow-up communication regarding the outcome. Despite waiting for an update, I was ultimately left to assume I had been rejected because of the silence. Regardless of the hiring decision, candidates deserve timely communication and closure. Ghosting applicants after interviews reflects poorly on the professionalism of the consultancy.
