  I had a great experience with the closing at First American Title! The entire process was smooth, efficient and organized from start to finish. They were professional and detailed oriented always available to answer questions and communicate through a stressful process. Everything was handled on time and I highly recommend their team for anyone looking for reliable closing experience.

  We just had a wonderful experience with Jodie at First American Title on Spyglass in Austin. Real human connection, communication on point, extremely detail oriented and organized. Easy to park, good location & a nice office. Highly recommend!

  I’ve always had good experiences with First American and this branch definitely lived up to my expectations. They set up a courtesy close for a Seattle buyer when the closing got moved up and they couldn’t fly back. Everything went very smoothly and staff was friendly from front desk to management.

  These people are completely incompetent. We have been trying to do a loan submission and they have messed up the documents so many times that the process has taken months.
